software · Venue and event platform

Aurevia

An AI-assisted venue-management, event-design and quoting platform supporting venues, projects, private media, AI decor concepts, budget-aware recommendations, interactive quotes and client presentations.

Purpose

Event quoting is slow and hard to visualise. The platform turns a venue and a budget into a concept and an interactive quote a client can respond to.

Current focus

  • Concept generation with budget-aware constraints
  • Interactive quoting and client presentation
  • Private media handling per venue and project

Where AI generation meets commercial constraint: output has to respect a budget, not just look good.

08Delivered to competition

media · AI-assisted cinematic production

Rum & Velvet — The Island Spell

An AI-assisted cinematic music film demonstrating character design, identity continuity, cinematography, image and motion generation, asset governance, editing and frame-by-frame quality control.

Purpose

Prove that AI-assisted film can hold identity and continuity across a full production, which is where most such work visibly fails.

Current focus

  • Character anchors and identity-lock across shots
  • Continuity QA and frame-by-frame review
  • Asset governance, provenance and final delivery

The character, asset, identity-lock, provenance and production pipelines are capabilities within this case study, not separate ventures.

  • Prompt libraries and production templates
  • Publishing pipeline

Where the media ventures become transferable to other people.

10Channel and Production Development

media · Technology media

Africa Future Nexus

A technology-media brand explaining emerging technologies and their positive and negative effects on Africa and the global African diaspora.

Purpose

Most coverage of technology in Africa is either boosterish or absent. The brand aims for explanation that takes both the opportunity and the risk seriously.

Current focus

  • Editorial positioning and format
  • Production pipeline
  • Channel development

The public-facing voice for the research behind the Africa News Intelligence System.

11Foundation and Product Planning

community · News and editorial platform

Lielaylay News

A Sierra Leone-focused news and editorial platform supporting English and authentic Sierra Leone Krio content, analysis, translation and premium digital publication.

Purpose

Serve a readership properly in its own language. Authentic Krio is the hard requirement, and the reason machine translation alone is insufficient.

Current focus

  • Bilingual English and Krio editorial model
  • Translation and authenticity review
  • Premium publication structure

The language and authenticity problem here is unusual and not solved by generic tooling.

12Ongoing

Operating model

The portfolio is developed through documentation-first, AI-assisted execution.

AI assistants accelerate research, drafting, coding, analysis, and testing, while product direction, verification, prioritization, and final decisions remain founder-led.

  1. 01

    Define before building

Each initiative begins with a vision, target users, problem definition, scope, requirements, and documented constraints.

  2. 02

Use AI as a force multiplier

AI supports research, writing, engineering, testing, design exploration, and structured documentation rather than replacing accountability.

  3. 03

    Work in verified milestones

Large initiatives are divided into small deliverables that can be reviewed, tested, committed, and continued without losing context.

  4. 04

    Preserve continuity

Repositories, standards, roadmaps, requirements, and decision records allow another person or AI assistant to continue the work responsibly.

Collaboration

Selected initiatives may benefit from partners, contributors, advisors, and early adopters.

Collaboration should support the documented direction of the project and bring relevant domain knowledge, technical capability, community access, implementation experience, or operational insight.

Potential collaboration areas
